Seaweed Face Mask Recipe

seaweed

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon kelp powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chlorella or Spirulina
  • 1 tbsp full fat yogurt or pure aloe vera gel
  • 1 drop essential oil of your choice

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together until it forms a smooth paste. If you need to, add more yogurt or aloe vera gel to create the perfect consistency. You can also use coconut oil instead of aloe vera or yogurt!

Apply to face and neck and let sit for 15-30 minutes. Rinse off and pat dry. Follow up with a moisturizer.

If you're using yogurt, this mask will keep in the fridge for about a week, and if you're using fresh aloe vera gel, two days in the fridge. If you opt for the oil, this can hold for several weeks in the fridge. The choice is up to you!
